Yeeehawww!!!! Diligence pays off. Offer sent, offer revised, offer accepted. Contract signed, EMD sent. Next……Super excited to be back in the saddle again but even more excited because this could potentially be our first BRRRR. If all goes well we are due to close by 14 August or sooner. Moving on to scheduling the inspection. No pictures of the inside of the home so I am eager for the big reveal lol. The finish line is looking a lot closer. See you guys there.
Our 4th house just got listed for rent. Hoping to get a tenant in ASAP. That would make 2 rented with 1 hitting the market in a few weeks and 1 just finishing demo. If we can do it you can do it. Now time to RAISE PML while we rinse to repeat so we can purchase our first commercial property.
